Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClayPonic's website, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who We Are

ClayPonic designs and sells ceramic vertical farming systems and related products. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean ClayPonic.

Products, Orders and Pricing

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel orders for any reason (including inventory or pricing errors). If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.

Payments and Taxes

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties and fees related to your purchases unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping, delivery dates and return policies are provided on the product page and at checkout and may vary by product and destination. Please review the shipping and return policy before ordering. For defective or damaged products, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Warranties and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to ClayPonic in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of or exploit any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities, to interfere with others' use, to attempt unauthorized access, or to post content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Governing Law and Disputes
